Salaried Individual

• Age Proof

  Any one of Passport copy, PAN Card, Voters ID card, Photo driving license with birth date (laminated, recent , legible), Photo ration card with DOB, Employer certificate/ID, School/College Leaving certificate.

• Proof of Identity

  Any one of Passport copy, PAN Card, Voters ID card, Photo driving license with birth date, Photo ration card with DOB.

• Income Proof

  • Salary slip for last two months.
  • And Form 16 / ITR for last two years / Appointment letters from employer to show continuation of services since last 2 year.

• Address Proof

  • Any one of Passport copy, Photo Ration card with DOB, Telephone bill, Electricity bill, Water bill, home Registry papers, Bank Statement, Credit Card statement with credit card copy.
  • Permanent address proof Electricity bill, Water Bill, home Registry papers in own name or relation proof is required, in case of these documents are in parent’s name.
